Inventory of Assets

As the Successor Trustee of a trust, you are required to provide a copy of the trust and an inventory of the assets to the beneficiaries.

Notice to Creditors

You will also want to file a Notice to Creditors in the legal new to limit creditor claims to a 4 month period.

Accounting

An accounting of all income and expenditures will need to be done prior to the final distribution to the beneficiaries.
